Bootlegger in action at Music in the Park, Thame
Bootlegger were privileged to play at Thame’s first Music in the Park event on Sunday May8th. More than 1800 people attended the event, which featured three stages with live music, as well as a range of other attractions. We were lucky enough to play on the Dome stage, which was a fantastic experience. Like most bands we had a 25 minute slot, but we still managed to get lots of people singing and dancing along with a lively set that included: The One I Love (REM); She Sells Sanctuary (The Cult); Revolution (The Beatles); Spirit in the Sky (Norman Greenbaum); All Right Now (Free); and Sympathy for the Devil (Rolling Stones).
Feedback from the visitors to the event was fantastic and, just like them, we’re hoping this will be the first of many!
